Where are meetings held?

Normally at our office in Lichfield, or when this is not convenient, at your home or place of work. A virtual meeting can also be arranged should you wish.

Do you have parking?

Yes, there is lots of free on-site parking.

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?

No, this will be at our expense.

What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?

Relatively up-to-date pension and investment statements can be helpful if you have them to hand, but don’t worry if not. All you really need to bring along is yourself and an open mind!

How long should I allow for an initial meeting?

One hour.

How can I book an initial meeting?

Simply contact the office via email or telephone, or fill in our online contact form.

Are you independent?

Fiercely so! We believe that operating on an independent, non-restricted basis allows us to provide truly impartial advice that’s right for our clients’ circumstances.

Are you regulated?

Yes, we are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can find our entry on the FCA register here.
