Our accreditations

SIFA was established in 1992 to encourage interaction between legal and financial advisers. As a SIFA Professional firm, we’re listed in a directory that the Law Society recommends to its members. Alongside solicitors, we provide financial advice services for clients who would benefit from a joined-up approach to rebuilding their lives and solving problems.
Cyber Essentials Plus recognises that our organisation is protected against cybersecurity breaches. A step up from the standard Cyber Essentials certification, this award, alongside IASME Assurance, certifies that our security controls have passed a robust technical audit and that we have in place a range of important cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection measures. Membership of the Consumer Duty Alliance demonstrates our commitment to client service excellence. We must adhere to a Code of Professional Standards that includes an agreement to act in good faith in all dealings with clients; inform, empower and support clients to pursue their financial needs, objectives and aspirations; and fully disclose and consciously mitigate any conflicts of interest.

The Financial Vulnerability Charter forms a key part of our commitment to the Consumer Duty Alliance Code of Professional Standards. The charter focuses on our duty of care towards vulnerable people and states that we’ll act without prejudice, always using our best endeavours to place our clients’ interests above commercial gain.
