Dale has worked in financial services for more than 20 years. In 2022, he achieved Fellowship status with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and became a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

His expertise lies in workplace pensions, having worked with dozens of regional and national firms to help set up and maintain their workplace pension schemes. Dale sees it as a huge privilege to be tasked with ensuring that hundreds and thousands of employees have good-quality and well-performing investments:
