Rachel Duncalf
People & Operations Manager
Rachel’s main focus is on our people, and ensuring everyone has a supportive environment from which to thrive.
She is Chartered with the CIPD, as well as Level 7 qualified with a MSc in Human Resource Management from Hull University. Rachel is also Chair of the CIPD Lincolnshire Branch committee, where she is able to share her knowledge and collaborates with other HR professionals.
